Stafford Quantity Surveying was established in 2011 offering Quantity Surveying and Construction Cost Consultancy Services.   We work proactively with both clients and design teams to ensure that achievable construction budgets are set and maintained throughout the project while achieving the best value for money on each project.

Prior to forming Stafford Quantity Surveying Sarah has worked in the industry since 1995 with Quantity Surveying practices in Wexford, Waterford and London. She has experience in all aspects of the cost control, administration and management of construction projects including the health, education, retail, residential, leisure and commercial sectors. The values of the developments she has been involved in range from €300,000 to €40,000,000.

Sarah is has been a Chartered Quantity Surveyor since 2000.  She has a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from Kingston University England, is a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
