Cost Control

quantity-surveying-project-sarah-stafford-wexford-5During construction we will monitor and cost any design changes made either by the client or the design team.  If these changes will have an effect on the Contract Sum we will report these to the client before the changes happen on site.  This ensures that the client has complete control of any changes to the budget and is fully informed of the projected final account at all times.

We will also recommend what to pay the contractor on a monthly basis to ensure they are only paid for the work that has been carried out.
